Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Vigör Hearth: Must be unused, in its original packaging, and including all cables and manuals.

  • Essential Oils (EUQEE/Mayjam): Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, essential oils can only be returned if the protective seal is unbroken and the bottle is unopened.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at [INSERT YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective electronics (Vigör Hearth), we offer a replacement or full refund within 30 days of receipt.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Opened essential oils or personal care goods.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (unless defective).

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
