1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies.

United Kingdom: Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.

Rest of Europe: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through our website or via the Royal Mail/local courier portal once the item reaches the UK.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vigör Nordic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Note for UK Customers: For orders under £135, VAT is usually collected at checkout, and no additional customs duties should apply upon delivery.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Vigör Nordic is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance processes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
